لويس فيليبي ماديرا كاييرو فيغو
ولد في 4 نوفمبر 1972 م في لشبونة لاعب كرة قدم برتغالي سابق. يعمل حالياً مسؤولا إداريا مع نادي إنتر ميلان الإيطالي. لعب سابقاً لريال مدريد وبرشلونة الإسبانين ولسبورتينغ لشبونة البرتغالي.وأخيرا مع انتر ميلان يلعب في خط الوسط أو كجناح وهو معروف بإجادته المراوغة بشكل استثنائي. حصل على جائزة أفضل لاعب أوروبي لكرة القدم عام 2000 م وعلى جائزة أفضل لاعب في العالم لكرة القدم التي تمنحها الفيفا سنويا عام 2001 م. يعد من اللاعبين القلائل الذين لعبوا للغريمين
ولقد اكتشف فيجو البرتغالي مانويل جوزيه عندما كان مديرا فنيا للشبونه وبدا التالق من لشبونه إلى أن وصل الي قمة المجدً في الريال عندما فاز بجائزة أفضل لاعب بالعالم وقد قدم فيجو مستويات باهره مع منتخب البرتغال خاصه في أمم أوروبا 2000 في هولندا وبلجيكا حينما وصلوا الي نصف النهائي وخرجوا من فرنسا بطل العالم في ذلك الوقت ويعد زيدان هو تؤام روح فيجو في الملعب عندما كانا في الريال وقدما أروع سنوات مع النادي الملكي
اعتزل لويس فيجو كرة القدم عند انتهاء موسم 2008-2009 واخر مباراة له مع الموسم كانت مع الانتر ضد اتالانتا اللي فاز بها الانتر 4-3 والتي أبدع فيها فيجو وكان متسببً في الهدف الأول الذي سجله الاعب الغاني سولي مونتاري, وقد قال لويس فيقو بعد اعتزاله في تصريح لقناة السكاي الإيطالية..لقد قضيت مع الانتر اإيطالي 4 سنوات وهي الأفضل في مسيرتي.

كشف صانع ألعاب المنتخب البرتغالي السابق لكرة القدم، لويس فيغو، عن السبب الرئيسي وراء رحيله عن فريق برشلونة الإسباني، متوجهاً إلى صفوف غريمه التقليدي، نادي ريال مدريد في عام 2000.
وعلى الرغم من مرور سنوات عدة على اعتزاله عالم كرة القدم، فإن اللاعب البرتغالي السابق، لويس فيغو، قد عاد مجدداً للحديث من جديد عن انتقاله المثير للجدل من فريق "برشلونه" إلى صفوف غريمه الأزلي "ريال مدريد".
وأكد "فيغو" في تصريحات نقلتها صحيفة "أبولا" البرتغالية بأنه لم يحظ بالاحترام اللائق في النادي الذي قضى فيه حوالي خمسة أعوام، مشيراً إلى أن رئيس النادي الأسبق، جوسيب لويس نونيز، لم يكن يحبه.
وذكر اللاعب البرتغالي السابق، أنه ما زال يشعر بقلة الاحترام؛ لأنه لم يتم تقديره من مسؤولي فريق برشلونة، وذلك على الرغم من مرور عدة سنوات على رحيله عن قلعة "البلاوغرانا".
